Skyn ICELAND's main challenge was increasing their brand reach (awareness) to a younger audience of new potential customers. Skyn had a large following and an experienced marketing team. However, they were lagging behind competitors in the social media space, especially when it came to engaging younger age groups. They had issues finding the right authentic influencers / celebrities to target this audience.

In order to select the right influencer partners for Skyn, we first did an in-depth competitive analysis of the skincare industry across social media. This helped us build a tailored strategy to increase content engagement in the younger demographic and target those influencers whom they view to be the most authentic experts.

New Product Launch Campaigns
The results speak for themselves! After carefully vetting and securing partnerships with 7 influencers, including a Hollywood celebrity, we kicked off an initial 3 week holiday campaign. For this campaign, we also created a new AR filter on Instagram for community promotion and engagement. At the moment of the campaign, filters had just launched on IG and we were proud to produce this innovative approach, making Skyn ICELAND, the first skincare brand to have their own filter.
In addition to this campaign, we have managed new product launch campaigns and recommended new strategic themes for content creation to make it more attractable to a younger audience.

Click helped us take our influencer initiatives to the next level. Using their unique data technology, Click vetted thousands of influencers and helped us reach millions of campaign impressions.
In our first campaign with Click, we reached more than 1M impressions and it led to thousands of sales. Our influencer program is now structured, successful and constantly measured.
